The old delicatessen next to Buvette has a new sign up and appears to be something new opening.

Mercredi Market. Very similar to Mercer and Sons

Like Tuesday Morning was only open Tuesday mornings? :;):

I'm not sure what the significance of the name is but they will be closed Mondays.
