Mayfair (96th & Giles)

Large amount of dirt being moved at 96th and Giles behind Mama's Pizza. Its owned by "LA VISTA SENIOR HOUSING LLC" so you can guess whats going in there.

On a side note, I also see that Lazlos Still owns the lot on the corner...

After several stalled/failed projects, Mayfair is now full with the exception of the one small lot north of Mama's Pizza.

When originally developed, the large commercial lot was going to be a Shopko, then Lazlos was going to build somewhere in there too. The large commercial lot ended up being filled in by an Apartment Complex, a Senior Living building, and a daycare.

This may have ended up being the best use for for the long run.
