That’s a great reuse of the Centrum. Though the Journal Star article says that all SCC programs left downtown will be moving to the main campus at 88th and O. I was told by the dean of a program that used to be downtown that the plans to build a new campus downtown had been scrapped years ago.

Would be great if the Bennet site turned into a mixed-use development.

Seems like a great plan. Much cheaper than building new at Pershing and also opens up that site for development

Would be a great location for the new location. The current SCC creates a dead block with little activity going on.
