Cultural Centers of Lincoln (21st and Vine Street)

New development that's going to jumpstart a larger one around 21st and Vine Street. Groundbreaking happened and it's going to be great when the rest of the development around it gets on board. Some renderings of the interior also are on the Sinclair Hille Architects. This is going to be in part with the Unity Commons development as the university owns it, it's gotten approved but hasn't started development since it's still in the plans. This is in part to create housing for international students and retired alumnis which will provide a grocery store by WRK and Woodbury. Lot of excitement for a site like this and the amenities they want to provide.
