I think this is key. All western Nebraska ever hears about Omaha from their local news is the crime, drugs, and any other doom & gloom. Sounds like some of the parents and kids are more obsessed with the UNL image than Omaha. I remember reading a few years(?) ago when the tournament moved from the Devany center a bunch of players were upset because they wanted to be where the Huskers were. No one said boo this year about being able to wrestle in the same place where Michael Phelps qualified for the Olympics.
