Omaha group on the Sing-Off

There is a team from Omaha on the new show the Sing Off on NBC. It just started if anyone is going to watch. Has the local media covered them at all? I didn't know anything about it.

Well they were one of two teams that got eliminated on the first show. They played up the whole "coming from a rough neighborhood" story when they were doing their introduction. There were a lot of shots of blighted north O neighborhoods, as well as them singing on a MAT bus and on the train tracks behind burlington station. Pretty underwhelming.

It's a far cry from Omaha being hidden inside the giant corn field that we're used to seeing.
