Ravenite Ultra Lounge is a new Cigar Bar, Hookah Lounge and Full Service Bar in West Omaha at 144th and Center (by Old Chicago). Ravenite often features live music ranging from many styles of Dance music to Live Acoustic Music. Something for everyone. The atmosphere is comfortable and upscale. There is no dress code, and because Ravenite is a Cigar Bar it is 18+ all of the time.

Ravenite has only been open for a few months, and is a great addition to West Omaha. You will not find too many places like this one in the state of Nebraska. And non smokers don't worry. Ravenite also has an advanced ventilation system to keep the air nice and clear.

I'm guessing they don't serve food or alcoholic beverages?

Even so, I didn't know that you could get around Omaha's no-smoking ban by simply having adequate ventilation.

You can't. You get around it by having cigar sales be X% of your revenue (50%+, I think) and by not serving food. You still cant allow cigarettes (you can sell but not smoke them). Still not sure how the hookah passes the test, though (ie, how is a hookah a "cigar" when a cigarette isn't?)

Im not as well versed on the cigar exemption as I was on the overall ban.

Ravenite does have a full service bar with beer and spirits.

Ravenite does not serve food.

They have a permit that they paid lots of money for to become a cigar bar. No you can not smoke cigarettes in side, but you can smoke filtered mini cigars, cloves and pipe tobacco (like hookahs).

The next dance party is Wednesday night, there is no cover and it's 18+.
