I recently bought Tony Chachere's Tur-Duc-Hen - used to get it in Louisiana regularly - it was on sale here. No bacon though.

of course I would get the 4 lb roll and not the 15 lb turkey.

What I want to know is why you are searching for a BETAMAX machine?

I sent the seller a question and asked if this BETAMAX machine had an HDMI connection? ;-)

Pure curiosity... Some old train guy was trying to sell a bunch of BETAMAX tapes and it made me wonder if they even still had working machines out there. Apparently there are an some are going for decent money...

It's just his way of gaining attention. This isn't an auction sale. It has a Buy It Now with a Make Offer. The second line of his title says I'll Take A Lot Less CHECK MY FEEDBACK Make An Offer! Without his "pricing" no one on here wound be talking about it!

Pet lobster?

http://lincoln.craigslist.org/zip/2210602878.html

Image
Free pet lobster to good home.

His name is Charles and he loves to eat Nilla Wafers. He is 14 months old and very cuddly. I raised him from a baby. The picture shows him when he was 2 weeks old. He is now 16 inches long. I love him very much, but unfortunately I cant take him to my new apartment.

All you need for a home for him is a 5 gallon bucket with about 6 inches of fresh water.

I cannot stress this enough, he is a pet, not food. I will only give him away to someone who will love and cherish him for the rest of his days.

Give me a call or text at (402) 310-0647 if you have any questions. My name is John.

That's pretty funny. I'd be upset, too, but way to elevate a prank to destruction of property and assault.

Agreed. However, once the old D bags started swinging clubs I would have been happy to see the kids defend themselves. An annoying prank that at worst results in a lost golf ball does not at all equate to trying to brain someone with a driver (or a short iron, putter, etc!)

Right.

I have no problem at all with the old fart taking his club to the remote control car. The kid with the car had it coming. Even so, honestly, it was kind of funny to see the RC Car messing with the guys' golf balls.

Unfortunately, the kid went charging out onto the green and got in the guy's face as though the old fart was in a parking lot beating the kids actual car. That's where the real problem started.

But yeah, taking after the kid with his clubs is basically assault. Uncalled for.

I guess some guys take their golf game pretty darned seriously!
