am i the only one that thinks they are hauling |expletive| on the stadium? I drive by it every so often and i'm still amazed how a year ago it didn't look anything like it does now.
...and speaking of food at the CWS and the 'local flare', what are the rules/application process for local vendors? I know several food vendors/restaurant owners that would like to get in down there, but they said there's a mile of red tape to get through, and that it's more difficult than it is now.......even with the waiting list for applications that currently exist for Rosenblatt.

From what I've heard, it's the permit approval process that's a |expletive|. Liquor licenses are also a problem I'm sure.
should we have started a new thread for this? I'm not entirely sure that there will be much more added to it (could be wrong), and it'd help to keep the discussions centralized.

I posted that in the construction thread because I thought it would be a one and done post(picking a food vendor is part of the construction process), but since you want to talk about it more I separated it out because deciding how local vendors get involved would clutter up the construction thread.
