For marijuana, I'd use the existing model used for Colorado's medical marijuana system. Dispensaries are liscensed, regulated, and taxed by the state. They are seperate shops that sell one kind of product.

Again, going through all the hooplah to score a joint - may as well hit up Johnny drug-dealer from down the street. He probably has better prices, too.

The same could be said about Mikey moonshine around the block. Johnny would go out of business fast if it became legal.

On a lighter note, it is pathetic that I can tear down my curtains, roll them into one big fat blunt, and smoke the |expletive| out of it, yet, I cannot go into the woods and smoke that "certain" plant. Definitely turn-of-the-century propaganda still at work.

Hahahaha. Goin to Johnny would be 10 times the pain in the |expletive|. Johnny might not be home or answer his phone. Johnny might have some dirt weed from Mexico instead of 30 kinds of weed that will send ya to the moon like the dispensary. The dispensary is highly likely to be closer than Johnny too. They are all over the freakin place in Denver now, its seriously approaching Walgreens level. Its not even close, Johnny doesn't stand a chance.

The dispensary also won't send someone over to burn your house down if you're short a payment, or run off with your 16 year old daughter.
