There was more than one building on the property? I thought there was just a concrete storage building.

Hopefully they go so fast they forget the pitched roof.

Looking like there will be a pretty large surface lot at this one. Kind of a bummer.

At least it's on the back side with alley access instead of right on the street. But I agree based on the renderings it looks like a large lot.

Framing all done. Not looking forward to the pitched roof installation, but still a good infill project for the neighborhood.

I was wrong about this, they had one more floor to go. It definitely will have a presence.

I took this picture over the weekend. Since then, they've added all of the framing and walls for an entirely new floor!

Topped out. Hoping the finishes do well, but still think it would be better w/o the pitched roof.

Kind of surprised they have a clear presence from the 480 bridge.

If you stand on street level, you can clearly see cars on the 480 bridge over ConAgra's buildings.

Every time I see a new post on this thread, I get hopeful that it includes pictures! Now that I'm away for work so often, I really depend on this forum to get my Omaha fix, lol.

Haha, sorry! Bluestone put this one on their facebook, but it doesn't really show much of the building.

I have too much free time in the summer, need to buy a camera. Window a/c unit took first priority this summer!

I finally close on the house I am selling this Friday.... Hopefully that will open up a bunch of photo time for me!

Thanks for the update and welcome to the forum!

I think everything above the brick is going to be white siding like on the Towns.

With whats been built so far it looks more like the first rendering than the second.

There is very much a pitched roof, it looks exactly like the 2nd one in person.

Sod, trees and landscaping are all in. Balcony railings are maybe halfway done. This can't be too far off from opening.

All in all it looks like a really solid project just south of downtown. I am expecting the trend to continue to stretch in the area. Lots of un/under used properties in the area.

They also have a new piece of art on the East side. Giant hammer striking a nail
