Relocation of the BNSF Rail Line in front of the Lake Manawa Shopping Area
Relocation of the Rail Line through the Lewis Central School on the south end of CB
Relocation of the BNSF Rail Line on the south edge of Council Bluffs.
Redesign and rebuilding of CBEC Junction near Lake Manawa.
