Ugliest buildings

Dear Mods, feel free to move or delete per your discretion if this thread exists elsewhere.

I was browsing another forum when I ran across a section where cities compete to see who has the ugliest buildings. Here, I was thinking we could compare and discuss architectural atrocities from across the city, state, and country.

The AT&T building was already discussed in another thread, so I'll start off with Kayser Hall at UNO, another nearly windowless monstrosity from 1971.

Something about the stained concrete, the red brick, the lack of windows, and the random rounded corners fuels my contempt for it.

Also, the Mutual of Omaha building.

I like what they were trying to go for with the middle part, but then they sandwiched it with nondescript buildings and made it look kind of like a hamburger.

To each their own

I could see why one would like MoO, but Kayser is horrendous. The only plus about Kayser is that it would be perfect for surviving a zombie apocalypse, with minimal amounts of ground level windows (or any windows, really) for zombies to break in. It's also on more or less of a hill, so you would have the high ground.

This idea was thrown around London in the 90's. Where one (multicolored) phallus fails, another is bound to succeed...
