I bet it sells out fast.iamjacobm wrote:Those ticket prices  .
I think he would be much more entertaining than any of the other right wingers they could bring to town (Rush, Beck, Hanity).Linkin5 wrote:Does he basically just scream at you for two hours?

Believe me, he sucks just as bad as Chris Mathews, to give you a familiar gauge.Linkin5 wrote:Does he basically just scream at you for two hours?

She's tolerable, because she doesn't scream like the male talking heads, but yeah, her viewpoints are about as radical left as Limbaugh right. Those people should all be locked into a room to talk each other to death.

There is no comparison. Maddow is a journalist, albeit left of center. Limbaugh is an entertainer----If I were a right winger, I'd be embarrassed by his constant lying---he's a lousy representative for his cause. I enjoy watching Maddow when I happen to be in front of the TV at 9 PM. You can tell she has an army of fact-checkers, and puts a lot of work into her presentation---she knows her material. I find her to be a very good advocate for her point of view-----probably the best liberal on TV right now. Regarding Bill O'Reilly, I really can't understand his appeal. When he starts to lose an argument on his show, he just shouts really loudly at his guest and cuts off their mic. I wouldn't go across the street to see that blowhard for free.

Regardless of her obvious left-wing bias, I would certainly agree that Maddow is 9000% more credible than than O'Reilly and Rush. She's also 9000% more credible than Chris Mathews, as well. (who is desperately trying to be as relevant as O-Reilly. Not sure why people want to do that to themselves.ricko wrote:There is no comparison. Maddow is a journalist, albeit left of center. There was a pretty elaborate protest on the S 24th st bridge in C.B. a yesterday, too, b*tching about Obamacare. Seems like protests are getting smaller and smaller, but with larger and larger props.
