Yes, 801 of them are downloading as I type this... An even 20 GB  My computer hates me!

Of course many many will never see the light of day. Lots of rapid fire during the senior day stuff trying to get the perfect shot were everyone is looking at the same time.

And Villanova is up to #3. And a 1 seed in many brackets.

Strange they would drop after a decisive win on Saturday, plus they've beat Villanova twice. Kansas has lost 8 and they're still #10. Oh well.

They did lose to Georgetown, who is isn't ranked. Granted they lost on the road to a good program but Georgetown isn't as good as it normally is this year. They are only 17-13.

Creighton also lost to Georgetown during the week for their 6th loss, Nova only has 3 loses. Kansas is still being talked about being a #1 seed (not likely), and has the #2 RPI, and #1 SOS.

Easy for fans to forget losses.

Kansas is Kansas, which explains their ranking, I guess.

Sporting News Names McDermott National Player of the Year
GoCreighton wrote:Creighton forward Doug McDermott has been named the National Player of the Year by Sporting News, the publication announced on Tuesday. McDermott is the first player to win the award while playing for a BIG EAST school since St. John's forward Walter Berry in 1985-86.

NBCSports.com National Player of the Year: Doug McDermott, Creighton
This was obvious, wasn’t it?

I mean, Dougie McBuckets has only been at the top of our National Player of the Year Power Rankings for months, and we’ve only been calling him a shoe-in for the National Player of the Year award since late-January.

The bottom-line is this: McDermott put up enormous numbers this season (26.5 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 52.2% FG, 44.7% 3PT), capping off a once-in-a-generation career with the most memorable individual performance of the season when he scored a career-high 45 points, including his 3,000th point, on Senior Night in front of a record-setting crowd in Omaha.

He’s the centerpiece of the nation’s most explosive offense, the reason that a team one-year removed from the Missouri Valley Conference not only is a legitimate Final Four threat, but that they’re even competing in the Big East to begin with.

I wouldn't surprise me. There were rumblings of it. Then SI had a California Based Photographer there on the second to last game. He had more gear in there than all the photographers put together. He had 4 or 5 huges cases of gear. Remote Control cameras all over the arena, on the baskets, in the ceiling, even one bolted to a railing in one of the sections of seating. He also brought in his own flash units. The OWH has permanent flash units up in the ceiling.

The game before that SI was here with a top of the line RED camera! http://www.red.com/products" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Base price for their newest "RED Dragon" is $50,000.

Nice pic! Looks like the Jays will be playing DePaul tomorrow night. DePaul upsets Georgetown 60-56.
