Avenue 204 at Royal View

They are clearing a lot of land northeast of this intersection. They even have a house they have lifted and have on trailers to move. Anyone know what they are putting there? I have heard rumors of a hyvee awhile back but haven't heard anything for awhile.

That would be just west of the Gretna Business Park, TL2A, TL2B, TL3A, TL3B or TL4B:

But a Hy-Vee would be huge get for Gretna, maybe...
This will be a great corner acquisition for any major retailer, just not a gas station please...

It will be interesting to see if all of the proposed projects on 204th street actually happen.
Here is the Royal View Apartments rendering it is a 120 unit development.

Based on the advertising and photos we should see some of these units on line soon. Name is now Avenue 204 at Royal View.

I heard the tentative date in a meeting on Thursday, but I can't remember what it was. I want to say end of August. I didn't work on these apartments, but a couple others on my team did.
