Not sure if that is official or if they just use some sort of height calculator to estimate the height.

Emporis has TD Ameritrade's HQ listed at 162 ft, when the actual height is listed @ 230 ft.

I wouldn't trust too much of what emporis says, they were a decent website 10-15 years ago, not so much now.

I'm terrible at following development lately. Can anyone tell me how many mid-rise buildings Omaha can expect in the north downtown vicinity, given all the new, approved and proposed projects, including HDR, the Yard, civic site, Tetrad, lanaha, and shamrock? Did I forget any? Are any of these besides shamrock even moving forward?

Is the second crane going to be a different type of tower crane, rather than the standard "t" style? When I drove by last night during the Creighton game, the top of the crane looked different.

They are just proposed at this time. The two office buildings should be getting built this spring with the possibility of some housing. The condo towers are dependent on market conditions. Probably wouldn't see those for 5-10 years if everything goes smoothly. This is going to be a long build-out similar to their AV, their other development.
