Has anyone posted photos of the new Qwest Center artwork? I remember seeing a post from someone that was not impressed, but I'd love to see them.

Those look good in their own way. Is that buffalo life sized? DTO thought they where extinct. Lol. One thing’s for sure our city has an abundance of public are. Keep it up BIG-O!.

The Qwest art isn't that bad. Someone should have told them though that that style of abstract-sculpture-art stopped be relevant about 30 years ago.

Yeah, it kind of looks like artwork that appears in Beetle Juice. :)

Every DT has to have art even if others don't see it that way..I just wish they would stop putting buffalo everywhere in the midwest. I have seen some in Omaha, Tulsa, STL, Oklahoma City, KC, and Lincoln. KC has it all throught DT and in the suburbs...it sucks we aren't cow towns anymore!

Who knows? Perhaps in another 30 years it will be the rage again.
My old signature got too old. So old it was getting almost as old me as me. Yeah, it was up there in years.

Thats what i thought when i first went down there and saw it too :lol: I really dont like the second piece, just doesnt do it for me i guess. I will have to go down and see the capitol improvements.
