Breaking in the new 20D with a few rooftop DTO pics. Pics would be bigger but photobucket has size restrictions.

Great shots, tuna! Those are nice rooftop views, and the night pix turned out nice and crisp.

Hint - use http://www.imageshack.us for posting photos. That's what I use because it is free, the photos are the exact size, and they seem to stay up forever.

Thanks, Zephyr! Not quite the vantage point you had though ;) (very nice, btw)

I'll check out imageshack, thanks for the tip.

Nice shots tuna. Do you have any shots that you can see the Woodman too? Did you get a new camera? I thought you had a 20D at the forum meet. Thanks for sharing those pics.

Thanks, Wags. From that vantage point I can't get the Woodman to jump from behind FNB. For that the best spot is up near the intersection of Abbott Dr. and Riverfront Dr. That way you can also avoid the power lines that run along the railroad tracks and keep them out of frame. Then as you walk toward Rick's along Riverfront Drive you can achieve the Woodmen Waning Gibbous.

I did have a 20D at the forum meet but I borrowed it from work. I finally bought my own last week so it is a new camera! :)
