As someone who lives just three blocks down the street from there, I'm very happy to see some new development in this location. For reference, this is the grassy hill immediately north of the gigantic parking lot between Planet Fitness and Dollar General on Ames Ave.

The renderings for these look super crappy. Also it's being done by white lotus so we might not see these for the next 3 years or so.
Nice to see development N of Cuming though.

Did these get finished? I noticed the 2017 Google Earth aerial the foundations are in?

Drove by these a few days ago, looked like they were finishing up the exteriors. Driveways are poured and siding is on. No clue how the interiors are, but I bet they will finish up this summer.

Drove past June 2nd, meant to upload this here sooner:

I think they came out pretty well. Nice little development.

Cute! Different! Love 'em. Love those lime green doors with the gray. Love stuff like that.
I can get pushed out because I'm "too much" for some. Then, an observer of me comes suddenly swooping in to "fill my shoes." People are always more accepting of the new one, because their feathers aren't truly ruffled by them. (Yawn) I can count on it every time.
