Owners of condos burned in M's Pub fire ask city for $685,682 to help rebuild their homes
The incentive is needed because insurance money fell “considerably short” of what the owners need to reconstruct the units, according to documents filed with the city.

Yesterday was the 10th anniversary of the gas explosion that almost ended M's Pub in the Old Market. Amazing that they have re-opened and if you didn't know any better one would not know the fire ever happened! I think the only visible change is that the bathrooms are on the first floor now!

I thought for sure a huge chunk of the old market was gone after that day. Definitely a mostly happy ending and the long term tenants survived.
