Anyone heard of the Confusion Lounge in Millard?

Found this old bottle opener

I moved there in 1969. From the street address, this was a Millard Address. It looks like it might have been in the west side of Millard or in downtown Millard. Most of the bars then were along Millard Ave or along the road on the creek side of Millard Lumber. Some were along Q streeet, but this address was either O or D street. I don't recall this bar growing up. These kind of can openers predate my bar years.
