This team needs more coverage and support from the state. They are the highest ranked sport team within the Nebraska school system.

Isaiah White wins 165-pound weight class, nine place, as Nebraska wins the Cliff Keen Invitational
Senior Isaiah White won the 165-pound weight class as he helped second-ranked Nebraska claim the team title at the Cliff Keen Wrestling Invitational on Saturday.
Nebraska, which won the Keen Invite for the third time in program history, had nine of its 10 wrestlers place and finished with 118 points, while Ohio State was second in the 32-team field with 109.5. Arizona State was third, followed by Northern Iowa, Purdue and Iowa State.

Isaiah White pins Buckeye, giving No. 6 Nebraska wrestling win over No. 3 Ohio State
Wrestling in the final match with the dual tied 14-14 against No. 3 Ohio State, White trailed 4-3 before putting Ethan Smith on his back and recording a pin with two seconds left.

Never thought I would see NU ranked this high in wrestling. Conference is as good in wrestling as it is in volleyball.

No. 4 Nebraska wrestling wins sixth straight Big Ten dual, defeating No. 13 Minnesota
Fourth-ranked Nebraska rolled to its sixth straight Big Ten dual victory as it downed No. 13 Minnesota 29-12 Friday night.
Nebraska next competes in the Big Ten Champoinships, which will be in Piscataway, New Jersey, on March 7.

Nebraska wrestling sits at second place after first day of Big Ten meet
The Huskers are in second place in the team standings with 102.5 points. Top-ranked Iowa, which has four in the finals, leads with 121.5 points. Ohio State is third with 94, a half-point ahead of Penn State.

Huskers finished second behind Iowa. Six Huskers recorded top-three finishes.
Nebraska also qualified all 10 wrestlers for the national tournament — its most since 2016. Nationals begins March 19 in Minneapolis.

Going into Day Two, Nebraska will have three finalists as the Huskers compete for the program's first individual Big Ten titles since 2015. Ridge Lovett (149 pounds), Taylor Venz (184) and Eric Schultz (197) will all represent the Huskers.
