I can understand why some fringe Husker fans feel this way today about Frost. But it’s short-sighted to jump to your conclusions 21 games (and less than 2 seasons) into his tenure..GrandpaaSmucker wrote: Sun Nov 03, 2019 2:32 pmFor Petes Sakes! If we go by you and Frost's B.S timetable older guys like me might be watching games from our graves before Scott Frost makes Nebraska great again. You can not be serious. Of course long before we get to that mythical 7th year Frost and his homer fans will be insisting he needs a 3 year contract extension. Now that is one heck of a salesman folks that can sell the sheeple a line of B.S like that. The guy can't coach but he sure can sell.Omaha Cowboy wrote: Sun Nov 03, 2019 3:38 am I said it in a post last week- Frost will need ALL of his 7 year contract to recruit the type of players who will turn the current culture upside down and OUT of the locker room.. -More speed, size, talent and a WANT to play clean, intelligent complimentary football.. That’s easily what’s needed. I’m not sure we’ll see it after next year- but by Frost’s 4th year, I’ll completely expect it. If not, then I’ll start calling him “Scott Blake”...

P.S- About that famous Nebraska "conditioning program" they are promising to get the team back to. I won't pull out the "S" word but lets just say I think its pretty safe to say there were a whole lot of magic dusts and danders being ingested by Nebraska players in the 70's, 80's and even 90's.
The Reality is- he received a 7 year contract..and the other reality is- he’ll have ALL 7 years to make the NU football program right again (or not). Deal with it...
