They hope the $3.5 million project, dubbed Foundry Lofts, will spark its own mini revival around the neighborhood not far from Columbus Park.

Re: Foundry Lofts
I feel like this is the last part of the let’s revive midtown/downtown urban core area. 1150-2000 sqft apartments for 1300-2350 dollars of rent and they’re going to add rowhouse nearby. Seems very ambitious!

Re: Foundry Lofts
I am glad I read the article. I saw their previous project at 4629 Capitol Street about a year ago on Zillow and really liked the building and unit, but couldn't find it thereafter. I think it is a sharp design and has pretty nice views of midtown according to the Zillow post. I am excited about their Pacific Vue project in South Downtown. They seem like a good team, building attractive units and buildings for reasonable prices.Coyote wrote: Sun Feb 09, 2020 3:14 am Developers hope former Omaha machine shop-turned-apartments spark revitalization

Corey was also one of the leads for Tackett when they did Beebe Runyan many years ago.ita wrote: Mon Feb 10, 2020 5:25 pmI am glad I read the article.
