That is a great picture. Looks crazy to see the contrast to the grey and brown of everything surrounding.

I am interested to see what they plan to do with the surrounding grounds. I went to the games on Friday and Saturday. You can tell that the project is finished enough to allow for play, but it certainly isn't completed by any stretch of the imagination. There are no real barriers separating the ballpark from the surrounding land. People could basically just walk in if no one was looking and I think a few did.

Overall, it is everything I could have hoped for. I know it's missing a few things from the original plans (I don't think they ended up with locker rooms), but the point is, Omaha baseball has a home and it guarantees the viability of the program for decades to come. I want to check out a softball game as well. Both teams have facilities that nearly everyone else in their conference and some schools regionally will be jealous of.
