This area really is just rowhome central. Looks like its replacing a bunch of empty lots. Will be a bit of a shame to lose all of those trees, but not too bad.

Great infill project, looks nice and should be a welcomed addition to the neighborhood.iamjacobm wrote: Wed Nov 24, 2021 2:07 pm 24 2 BR row homes proposed at 6th and Woolworth. Appears to be rentals.

I haven't seen one positive comment in all these threads of new development from you.
Cheer up man! Nothing is ever perfect, but it's great to see this much investment into the downtown area. The more development the better. Continued investment will only spur more development, and for your sake, I hope the future development suits your tastes!!!

I don't expect perfect. I expect good design, and a product that won't look tired in 10 years.OracleOfOmaha wrote: Wed Nov 24, 2021 7:11 pmI haven't seen one positive comment in all these threads of new development from you.

With City+Ventures venturing into this area with a dense infill project, does anyone know about Lucht & Sons? They own quite a bit of property just a few blocks east, including the area Zongkers is located. Could we see additional development/redevelopment there?
