3 News Now's Jessika Eidson is live at the scene of a large brush fire burning north of Crescent, Iowa that was visible from downtown Omaha Friday afternoon. The fire is in the vicinity of Missouri Ave and Old Lincoln Highway.

Fires burn 10 miles, destroy 2 homes in northeast Nebraska



Lyons Fire Chief Stuart Miller told 3 News Now that at one point, he thought a dozen homes were going to be destroyed in rural Burt County. It now appears that two houses are a total loss.
