Hearing the tornado sirens this morning got me wondering, just were exactly are they all at, and how many. Any odd locations and such.
The only two I know of are 72nd street right next to Creighton Prep, and 93rd & Ames. That's a weird one to me because its right in the middle of the neighborhood, but it's right on top of a pretty large hill so that's probably why.
I've always wondered where they all are at. They're there, they serve an important purpose, but they are almost anonymous. Any others you all know of?

Wow, there's a few there that have been under my nose my whole life and I never noticed.
So what do you think is paramount? Spacing, top of hill, proximity to certain locations?

Height, access for repair crews, and unobstructed sound plane.
