Council Bluffs getting a Home2 Suites, 99 rooms, by Mid-America Center. It will be next door to Home Team Cookout/Hooters. It will include a new strip mall retail building with 5 bays. Link has all documents including project plans.

Anyone know if this is still the Plan for this lot? I noticed that work has started a few lots down from here on the new Wyndham Echo Suites that was announced quite a while after this one.
