White Lotus Multifamily - 1st Ave and 29th - 84 Apartment and 16 Townhomes

City Council is considering approval of updated plans for this long gestating multifamily project. Along 1st Avenue trail will be a three story 84 unit apartment building. Original plans called for 12 townhomes, also for rent, along 2nd Avenue. Now White Lotus plans to have 16 for sale townhomes. Link includes prior and current site plans. If built, it's nice density along the 1st Avenue corridor.

looks nice; there is a lot of room for development along 2nd avenue. hopefully they are in the mid-tier of rent pricing; seems like council bluffs lacks a good stock of moderately priced apartments.
