Actually cutting a project like this in 1/2 probably wouldn't be feasible. With the number of rooms that small there wouldn't be enough revenue....so I doubt that happens.

Wow. With how easy rendering softwares make it on architects these days, it really is embarrassing to see that level of laziness.

Took a photo of this building from work the other day. Has a presence compared to the Home2 and Traveler's apartments across the street and seems to add to the density of the area nicely.

I like that they chose to make it a little taller than the typical 4 story Hampton Inn.

For sure. I hope this and 37th West marks the start of a trend in the urban core for more buildings in this height range; more density, but not being overwhelmingly tall, particularly in neighborhoods in Midtown.

Looks like they're now targeting an opening in 2025. The earliest date you can make a reservation is January 30, 2025.

WTH - I haven't driven by lately, but how do you miss opening targets by months at a time... the inside must be a mess! LOL

Bet it pushes into '26 for sure (as mentioned above). Imagine IF it would have been 7 stories... it would be opening in 2028-2029, maybe even into the next decade.
