I actually showed this video at the MOBA Luncheon on yesterday at the ACX theater, which is one of the reasons I went so residential heavy. It was fun to watch on the big screen!

Oh that's cool. Is it shot at 4k? What kind of camera?

Thank you so much Brad, this update was packed with more projects that I didn't really know were happening. The Fremont Creamery being purchased and decorative window covers being placed is a headscratcher. This doesn't look like a demolition to me but a sign of possible renovation.

Love seeing how all these puzzle pieces in development of green spaces, apartments and preservation and reinforcement of old buildings are being considered. I just love how Omaha is growing wonderfully and how active construction is during this time!

Thanks! I believe its not even a rumor anymore that Bluestone is going to renovate the building.

That's the plan. I was going to have the Children's behavioral health building in this one too, but I screwed up the footage and it was the only project west of 72nd street, so I figured re-shoot it next month.

Great video, one of your best Brad. I drive by all that construction on 72nd and Grover going from interstate to Baxter Arena a lot. Was hoping one of the buildings going up was Wienerschnitzel. It's been rumored for that development

I knew we obviously had a lot of new (and needed) apartment projects going up. The video really did a good job bringing it all into focus. Loved that you covered the number of units and parking in it each.

I totally forgot about the Dizzy Mule. That's going to be such a great development when it's done. I've been quite impressed with how Millwork has been coming together.

Me as well...I drove through the area after a recent Creighton game, probably about the same time Brad shot this video and it is coming along nicely. I remember driving through there about 15 years ago and thinking that the area had so much potential. Glad to see they are able to integrate the existing buildings as well.
