Drove by yesterday, it's above street level by maybe 1 floor. It should start rising pretty fast now.

Same - was at Wonderbowl and completely forgot to take a picture. It's a very tall first floor, similar to Brickline. This is going to have some nice height to it.

I drove past this today and it appeared that about 4 levels are now visible above ground. I believe that 2 levels of parking are below street level.

I overheard a construction worker from here at work telling a customer the building should be going up faster now. This area is going to be super dense with the 5 story and Blackstone Hotel all around it. Now we just need the lot on Howard to fill up

We talked about this last time I was on Grow Omaha. There are currently 5 Total.
1. 39 Farnam
2. Mutual (Yellow)
3. Mutual (Blue)
4. Holland
5. Central Library.

And the 43 & Douglas crane just came down. Guessing two more might go up soon, UNMC Admin building, and the Children's Nebraska Behavior building.

I don't think so, back in 2015 there were 5 tower cranes on UNMCs campus alone I believe. I couldn't find the picture but I am pretty sure Brad got one.

Elevator/stairwell is going up in the middle. I would think this project is going to start moving along more quickly now that the garage part seems to be complete.

can't wait. For people that don't live in the area, it's hard to access the blackstone district due to parking woes. It will be easier once the streetcar is finished, but in the mean time, this will help out a lot

I usually park nearer to UNMC now that I don't live in the area, and just huff it the entire ~2 blocks.

No, the building. I see no indication that an additional floor is under construction. Projects I am familiar with (and I only need look out my bedroom window to see one) have rebar and vertical concrete pillars rising up another floor or two above the latest floor already poured.

The top floors are lightgage metal framed with concrete topping on the floors. Wood stud framing isn't allowed this high by the building code.

It'll be interesting to see how that looks. In a normal residential setting, metal studs aren't anywhere near structural.
