I’m certain it’s taller than 1200 Landmark now. Not sure about the W-H building yet…

Yeah, it’s just the W-H in sign branding only…

Then it would have both bested..

It’ll start to get even more exciting once it surpasses the 319 ft UPC HQ’s..I’d figure that would be coming at some point before the end of September?.. Perhaps by mid October…

Not sure. Maybe some of it is integrated into the concrete work? Could be just the start of steel and not full skeletal structure?

Now that it’s come out of the ground and is on its way up, the exciting part of seeing the skyline really change begins.

I was going to head over there this morning too, but there appeared to be an event and a lot of people in the park so I kept going. I shot from over there a few weeks ago, before they lifted the crane.

I think we'll need to get to about 25 stories before it starts to truly show some good height on the skyline.

Possibly there by Christmas? The floors have been constructed slower in the last 3 months or so.

Heading north on 480, it is noticeably taller than CPP now. Heading east from 20th into the core, the garage looks massive

I think the other one does a better job because the other buildings are there for scale. It absolutely obliterates any view of Central Park Towers. Regardless. it's yuge.

You can tell from this rendering, the parking garage section is going to be taller than the Paxton and probably in between that and CPP for height. The view from Gene Leahy at street level isn't going to have CPP for much longer.

If the core starts gaining 4 floors per month again, it'll be at 44 in March-April 2025, depending on delays.

In this scenario, it'll surpass the Woodman around December.

No retail or restaurants on the ground floor, which is the only disappointing thing about this. Between that and no rooftop amenties at the Brickline, two major missed opportunities.

Not exactly sure on the floor height at this level, but assuming its somewhere around 16-18 ft/floor, with the latest floor added, the top of the building should be around 263 ft.

That would put it #8 in the city, just behind AT&T building which is 265 ft. (just ahead of the 260 ft for the Highline building)

Based on this morning’s city cam view they are about the same height right now:
