Not able to find anything here about it, but the building (maybe an old school) on the SEC is being torn down. Can’t seem to see what is going to replace it, but it must be owned by the county.

1101 South 42 ST? Its part of the VA Hospital. Don't see anything but the demo permit at the moment.

Douglas County Community Mental Health Center - 32704 SF - Original Description: The new Community Mental Health Center for Douglas County will feature 2 floors. The first floor is approximately 18,000 SF of office space. therapy rooms, and a pharmacy. Finishes for this floor are standard office finish consisting of gypsum walls, acoustical ceilings, and mostly carpet throughout. The second floor is approximately 14,500 SF consisting of 10 General Acute Rooms and 8 PICU rooms. This floor will also feature day rooms, a nurse station, and an interior courtyard. Finishes include epoxy floors, resilient flooring, high-impact gypsum board backed with FR plywood, and ligature resistant fixtures and doors where required. There is a mechanical penthouse on the roof. The exterior facade consists of masonry, metal panels, and aluminum storefront. Site improvements include earthwork, retaining walls, site pavement for parking and sidewalks, site utilities, landscaping, fencing, site lighting, and site security.
