If you just search 'warehouse' in FB marketplace, you'll see a couple posts for it. I am not sure who this person is, but seems like whatever new plans for a residential conversion is done. Maybe it'll be an indoor car lot...

Someone should rent the warehouse space and then sublease it out as smaller spots for indoor farmers' market stalls. If the owner won't do something cool, just do it without them.
