I like them, but not as much as someone online that suggested that these should be the full time uniforms.

Jays just missed the Top 25 this week coming in at #26.

After last game, Kalk passed Kerry Kittles and Chris Mullin to move into 6th place all-time in Big East scoring.

Barring an injury or bad luck, he should reach 4th, passing Jeremy Hazell, Terry Dehere, and Luke Harangody.

Xavier is trash to keep all their starters in up 20 and shooting 3’s with 2 min to go, hopefully Creighton remembers that next time they play.

I was surprised to get home from my son's BB game and see how far behind they were. I agree, get it all out of your system before the post season.

Creighton sent out an email saying that they are raising all season ticket prices for next season. I think most are going up by 15-20%. They say its for increased costs. I hope that they know what they are doing, that is a pretty significant jump for one year.

I was getting one at a youth price last year but still crazy how much its gone up:

2023-24 season: $350 (one was a youth ticket)
2024-25 season: $500 (had to convert to adult tickets unless we wanted to change seats)
2025-26 season: $580

Haha, no joke. It keeps getting more out of hand. NIL should be supported by people wanting to donate or sponsorships, but more and more they are making it come from the average fan. Hopefully they can find a sweet spot, b/c I have heard quite a few season ticket holders complaining about the amount of emails asking for donations.

That was a good win. Led pretty comfortably all night, could have won even bigger if not for turning the ball over and giving up a few of offensive rebounds. McAndrew finished with career high 17.

That's been a unfortunate consistency for the last few seasons; the turnovers continue to be an achilles heel for the team.

Yeah every team has its weakness and turnovers and bad shooting nights always doom the Jays. I really think the turnovers could easily be cleaned up. There are so many that are just dumb passes. I love the flow of CU's game and they have great ball movement but sometimes they act like they have never played before and make terrible live-ball turnovers.

Overall, last night was a good win and for once they actually moved up a few spots in the NET rankings.

Just need to finish the season with a nice win vs Butler. A 22-9 regular season record and 15-5 2nd place finish in the Big East is pretty darn terrific..considering where this team was sitting about 2 months ago after Pop went out..

I’ll take it :thumb:

yes and the 15 conference wins, if they can beat Butler, would be a program record.

I thought I could hear the piped in fight song on the radio, which is usually the first sign the Creighton band isn't there and they have a high school filling in.

What a game for the seniors especially Kalk and Ash. Those 2 combined for 50 pts, 21 rebs and 13 assts. gunna be hard replacing them next year, but so happy they got a great send off on their final home game.

Former Creighton Assistant Coach Alan Huss and High Point University just clinched a spot in the NCAA tournament.

As expected, Kalkbrenner won DPOY for the 4th time, tying him with Patrick Ewing for the most in Big East play.

As expected, but not as it should be, but RJ Luis won POY. Kalk and Ash were both first-team all Big-East.

DePaul beat Georgetown, so now Creighton plays DePaul tomorrow night. Feel like that is an ideal matchup, but CU doesn’t benefit much from playing them. Hopefully the Jays blow them out and can rest the starters some for the rest of the tournament.

Safe to say that Mason Miller might possibly transfer after this season since it was just announced that Ryan Miller, his uncle and asst coach, is leaving Creighton to become the head coach at Murray St.

I know its family and all, but do you really want to transfer from a competitive Big East time to a 500 Mo Valley team?

It might be that he needs to leave. I don’t know what all happened but post injury he has not come close to what he was last year. I think it’s more mental than physical now and maybe a total reset can get him back to his old self. Wish him luck with whatever he decides.

Yeah, who knows, maybe he won't transfer, but I could see it for more playing time somewhere else, especially with another 6'6" guard/forward coming in next year.

Honestly, with 2 minutes left in regulation, I almost stopped watching..

Funny as this sounds, especially with the bench stepping up in OT, this might be the most important win of the season for the Jays…

Speaking of bench, I was glad to see Zugic get a lot of playing time late in the 2nd half and overtimes.

Funny thing is, I was playing basketball and didn’t start watching until 2 min left. Glad I didn’t see the rest of the game. What a comeback. 23 in a row vs DePaul!
