That 2nd shot is great showing all 3 towers as well as the Duo.

I’m gunna say 36 by the end of CWSarch_RP_planner wrote: Wed May 07, 2025 8:51 pm It's coming together quickly now; it will be exciting to see the progress for both the core and steel construction, possibly the facade, by the time CWS rolls around. Anyone have any estimates, floor-wise, for a month and a half of work moving forward?

Re: Mutual of Omaha Tower (14th & Farnam)
I was downtown Wednesday, as the center of the building gets taller and the steel rises. I thought the huge garage isn’t quite as dominant looking now. I’m also thinking the glass facade may also have that same effect. Does anyone recall how many parking spaces the garage will have ? Looks like it’s got to be around a 1000.

If I remember correctly, I could've sworn it will have 2200 stalls total.Cermak wrote: Fri May 09, 2025 7:08 am I was downtown Wednesday, as the center of the building gets taller and the steel rises. Assuming each of those crane sections was 20 feet it was previously around 530’ so with the addition, it should be about 590’

Tower crane height eclipsed fnbo. Clearly noticeable from the I-80/I-29 interchange by ameristar

I am not sure if the crane is taller than FNBO yet, it appears from some angles, but it would probably be a little shorter at this time. Maybe even 30-40' shorter right. Just as Mutual looks taller than Woodmen but is actually prob 20' shorter right now.

I sew that they were taking it apart today. Originally I thought it was going to be taken down a few months ago. With as big as the building is now you couldn’t even see the blue crane from the east.nebport5 wrote: Sun May 11, 2025 9:28 pm The blue crane has been disassembled and is resting on(blocking off)15th St.

Amazing how from that camera angle the FNB tower will basically soon disappear from the skyline.

These were taken yesterday:

More glass panels are up.
Love that glass, reminds me of what I saw in Devon Tower in OKC last year.
The renders of MoO are coming to real life!

From the north trail in Council Bluffs, right next to i29.

I know woodman is 50' further up the hill, but from 72nd street, Mutual is still noticeably shorter.skinzfan23 wrote: Fri May 16, 2025 1:16 pm Not official but should very close to reaching if not above the Woodmen height.

Prob need to go up 3 more stories before it passes Woodmen practically because of the topography. Of course the vantage point always matters but from a distance it will overtake it I would think at that point.

Great photos. For a second I had to look again at the first picture because I thought they were building something more on the Duo, but then realized that is just the old First National Building in the background peaking through.
