Was just browsing for photos online and stumbled across this development and didn't see it posted elsewhere. Looks like a fairly large development along Lake Manawa though it looks like there is "more" that you just can't see in the renderings they provided...

Good find. Looks interesting and promising. I think the site used to be a trailer park looking at google.

Wow, that land has been vacant for a long time. The trailer park left 2012-2013. Little worried it might hamper the Bald Eagle population in winter, they seem to like that corner of the lake.

Is there a date on this? It looks like what KC Kundson proposed pre covid. I don't remember anything like this going thru the planning commision lately.

According to LinkedIn, the development was listed 4 months ago.

Is The Landing different than the development that the city announced it was putting together near Manawa earlier in the year? I hadn't heard of this one but saw it when I was looking at the Tree House developer's site that mentioned they were working on this.
