OOPS! My post should have said "South East". The northwest corner (and Southwest) are like huge screens that run column to column. The southeast corner, they are the exact shape and size as the glass and they blend right in to the wall of glass.

Are they doing a concrete pour on the core again this morning? Kinda looks like it’s me.

Photo from yesterday. On the right you can see a piece of glass going up, on the left you can see the vents I talked about the other day.

If that was a concrete pour in Friday, I’m sure it went up yesterday. That’s been fairly typical for them.

So four more floors to go and I believe these last four are going to be slightly taller than the other floors. Just trying to imagine what 670 feet will ultimately look like. I am guessing that might be about where the crane arm is now. Would that be about correct?

Another very good photo. However, I'm still getting used to seeing this view without the Woodmen Tower and the twins.

A tower on the State Office Building site will nicely balance this view.

In town to visit family; stayed at the Farnam last night (Terrific hotel btw); and had this view from the window (11th floor). Building almost seems a bit smaller than I expected. Not sure if that's because it's not all filled in yet, or if because i'm on the 11th floor, but I thought it would feel more towering. the "State of Nebraska" building below is definitely out of place, and ugly as can be. The lot seems big enough to where you could bulldoze the building, and split the lot into 4 small parcels.

Looks like the concrete pumping arm is on top of the core tonight. They only have that up there when they are getting ready for a pour correct? Could they pour Monday raise Tuesday?

Thanks for sharing. I used to work in that building and our lunch room was on the 10th floor without that exact view.

They are indeed pouring the floor today. One of these next floors, 40th? will be the observation floor and I believe will be taller then then other floors or similar to the amenities floor.

I zoomed in on this photo I took yesterday and it was the 40th floor they poured today so maybe we will see if its taller in the morning.

Towering over the park it's hard to believe that Mutual would allow or ever build another structure in front of it. I hope they are currently planning an iconic feature to occupy the current construction lay down area.

That space would have been a great spot for the new central library
