ES&S is finalizing purchase of the building (not leasing) and will move in at the end of 2026 after renovations are completed.

That building at 11128 John Galt Blvd was PayPal's first home when they came to Omaha 25 years ago.. I worked on the 3rd floor of it like 20 years ago in one of the spaces vacated by PayPal.
