I heard a rumor that there will be a new hospital somewhere along 204th street.

I wonder where it would go considering CHI already owns land out west on HWY 370. Not to say they couldn't use more than one, but I would imagine IF someone built along 204th it would go closer to Dodge St, maybe towards Maple.

You already have Women's Methodist at 192nd & Dodge. Given the growth out that way, I would think it would be beneficial.

I could also see a hospital as far North as Ida and 204th. The growth in Northwest Douglas County is unreal.

Lincoln-based Bryan Health, in partnership with Midwest Independent Physicians Private Practice Association, is establishing the Bryan Elkhorn Campus. The 14.6-acre, outpatient healthcare campus will be located on the southwest corner of 204th & West Center Road in the Privada subdivision, according to a Bryan Health press release.

Phase One will feature two medical office buildings, totaling approximately 137,000 sq. ft., designed to accommodate a broad range of outpatient healthcare services beginning in the spring of 2027. Services will include primary care, specialty physician practices, diagnostic imaging and additional outpatient offerings. The physicians’ practice will also open and own an Urgent Care Center on the Bryan Elkhorn Campus.

Strategically, this is huge that Bryan Health is entering the Omaha area market... Another strong player is an already great market with a variety of quality healthcare options. Bryan has grown significantly in the last couple of years, becoming a real player across the state (Grand Island Regional / Kearney Regional, as well as affiliations with a number of the smaller critical access hospitals).
