All past by now, but with tonight's moon being the biggest moon of the year, worth mentioning if anybody catches the next one, it would make a pretty sweet photo op to catch a view of the tower and as much of the skyline from the west with the moon rising behind it on a dark night.

It would be better at sunrise from up on the Bluffs. You can just see so much more of downtown from up there.

I just love when we have a big fat moonrise, and I thought that'd make one helluva photo to see a big moon coming up in the darkness behind/looming above the city. It would look like Gotham. Next full super moon is December 4th

Yet, we have the Children's Museum, The Beam Apartments, parking garage and streetcar garage all being built directly next to or under the interstate. I'm thrilled that these difficult to develop areas will not simply be eyesores. I'm disappointed no definitive developments have been started or announced in those green areas nor the 10th & Harney parking lot.

As all of you have stated, I am glad that space is available to develop though. Glad they tore down the one ConAgra building and we are actually using most of the land now. Plus, it looks much better in Brad's aerials.

I also noticed that when I turned off the interstate to head northbound on 13th St, I could see the top of the tower above the hill (kind of around the McDonald’s and Bancroft St area). Doesn’t sound like much, but that view will look cool when this is completed.

I’m curious to see what it will look like by the end of this year. Hopefully the weather stays nice and the construction crew can keep making progress.

The glass crew has been impressive too. They are usually only one floor behind the fireproofing crew.
