Same..

I’d likely pass out at 25-50 feet, let alone 677, LOL…

Ciao..LiO…Peace
The difference in a fall from 50' vs 677' is primarily the slight difference in time taking to get to the ground. The end result has a high probability of being the same
Right..and I never want to experience either, LOL…

Ciao..LiO…Peace
I think it would be much more scary to have more time to think about what was about to happen, like the poor souls who had to jump from the WTC on 911.
He said "They are some big, ugly red brick buildings"
...and then they were gone.

This guy has some terrific shots from a further out angle, if you haven't seen them yet. His photography is impressive.

LOL, I assumed you mean the outside of the building and I was thinking how could that be possible.... Here is a really blurry screen grab off the KMTV Camera. Just a little area above the core.

Drove by the building last night around 6pm. Workers were still on site, pretty impressive the long hours they put in. Probably had something to do with taking advantage of the good weather for this time of year.

Not quite enclosed by the end of the year, but close..I’d suspect total enclosure within 60-90 days (insert forum joke here) :)

I had forgotten about the power plant now apartments in the first picture. You really don’t notice this large building much when downtown, but it shows up beautifully from the river. Thanks for the pics Brad.

Was downtown yesterday, got stuck on the road closure on Farnam east of 10th st, a figured I'd take a pic; probably one of my favorite views of the tower/skyline while in DT.

They have another level going up. I wonder how many more levels of steel there will be before it's at its top height.

Really? That’s good to hear. Because I think the original models show the outside skin going above the highest physical level. That will help it actually look taller than FNBO.

i think it is cool that when you look at the skyline, woodmen is a concrete box, first national is concrete and glass mix with some curves, and then mutual is all glass and smooth. It's like an evolutionary design progression of the skyline from west to east

Just to be clear, it looks like another level of steel on the outside but not another level on top of the core.

That is a good observation.

In a funny way, I kind of look at downtown and the high rises as a metaphor of “the future of Omaha” slowly going back to where it first began (i.e. the river).

Today I took advantage of the warm sunny weather to take some photos from above... There's a lot of construction going on today in the heart of downtown.
