It's always good for them to fill an empty space but this definitely isn't a draw. ah ok. Yeah stores like this seem to be a dime a dozen. I agree - I'm still shocked Nebraska Crossing happened, TBH. There are some nice brands out there that I'm surprised they landed. I'm just hoping they are able to keep it going. Changes and the ebb and flow of retail isn't unique to NEX or like Eddie Bauer closing all their stores but it seems like this is slowly becoming just another lifestyle center as exclusive to the market brands continue to be replaced by The Buckle, JD Sports and other typical stores found at your average shopping center.
