They are closing in some of the garage doors to help with utilities. There is no plan for the kitchen except for maybe the pizza oven.

The bank that owns the current building for Thirsty's did not renew their lease. I would guess it's a good spot for redevelopment with the empty land next to it.

Pinnical bought that strip a few years ago. At the time they bought it, they stated that as leases expired, they would not be renewed. They would be redoing it to be an expansion of their support center next door.

I wonder if Hurdatt One will make any mention of it. Noticed they are stepping into Grow Omaha’s territory a bit with that social media account.
