The last proposal back in 2024 was this:
The applicant proposes subdividing the site into three lots and retaining the existing HI zoning. A Special Use Permit to allow Scrap and salvage services in the HI District was previously approved on Lot 2 for Crushin’- IT, Inc. Crushin’-IT, Inc’s business consists of the crushing of used concrete to create a recycled aggregate for the base material for flat concrete work such as floor slabs, street paving, parking lot paving and driveway paving.

There appears to be some sort of sports plan back on the menu in this development for the August Planning board
Rezoning from R5(35) and GI to GI,
along with approval of a Special Use
Permit to allow Indoor sports and
recreation in the GI District, and approval
of a Special Use Permit to allow Indoor
entertainment in the GI District
