I came across this article that says Cheba hut is supposed to open in 3 stores in Nebraska with the first one opening in Lincoln this year. Would imagine Omaha would be one of the other locations? Would be a good get!

Benson seems like a good fit but I’d bet on a higher traffic area in midtown. It’s also the kind of thing that wouldn’t be a bad fit for what White Lotus is trying to do with the Civic campus village or maybe in north downtown.

The Lincoln location opens tomorrow, July 30th

THis story says Lincoln is getting a second location and Omaha will get one as the initial phase. No locations mentioned
