Offutt Air Show 2026

The Defenders of Freedom airshow at Offutt was cut short today due to the thunderstorms/rain, but here are some shots of what did take to the air.

ETA: This was also the first time I used my R6 MKII with the EF adapter AND the Canon 1.4x extender and was surprised at the pronounced vignetting on the non-cropped shots.

Thanks! I've got stuff at home I planned to do, so probably not. But on the off chance I do try for the F35 shots, I definitely will be looking off-base. Not doing the crowds again.

I get that, the crowds ruin air-shows for me. We had a chance to go the practice Friday but we were out of town. That would have been ideal for me….
